Cards – Page 22 – My Stamp Studio

This first project featuring the Tropical Chic Stamp set which can be found on page 93 of the Annual Catalog. This set also coordinates with the Tropical Dies (which you will see in later samples). This card is for the beginner or causal stamps that have a small collection of products or for those wanting to make a quick card. I hope you like it!

Quick card making instructions:

Cut Card Base- 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″. Score this in half so your card base is now 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″.
Layer a Granny Apple Green ( 5 1/4″ x4″) onto the Balmy Blue card base.
Create the card front by stamping the images on to a peice of Whisper White card stock (5 1/4″ x 4″) prior to adhering to the card base and layer. Once you have it stamped, you can adhere it to the base.
On a scrap piece of Balmy blue card stock stamp “Thank you” using Pretty Peacock ink.
Then using the Story Label Punch, punch out your sentiment and adhere to card front using dimensionals.
Add three Glitter Enamel dots randomly on your card.
Last but not least on a piece of Whisper White card stock (cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″ stamp) stamp a portion of one of the leaves to the bottom left corner. This will now be adhered to the inside of your card. you an stamp a sentiment or leave blank till you are ready to send it.

The card on the left uses Poppy Parade, Old Olive and Memento Tuxedo Black ink pads. The card on the right uses the Memento Tuxedo Black ink , Calypso Coral and Ole Olive Blends to create the look of designer paper.
