Charming Duck Pond Masculine Cards

This stamp set and bundle is so adorable, I even love the designer paper that coordinates with it. But some days, I need some masculine cards. I searched around, got some inspiration from Pinterest and came up with these cards for my Stampin’ Fun & More Virtual Class. I offer a Virtual class twice a month as a Facebook Live on Thursday nights at 644 pm central time. You can watch the class for free and use your own stash of crafting supplies to make your own versions.

When you place a qualifying order in my Online store (using a specific host code) I send the 3 card kits to you for free as a Thank You for shopping with me. If you don’t use the host code, I don’t know that you want the card kits. This weeks Virtual Class Host code is CEPUFVBC (link with host code: https://bit.ly/3SJ4lsB When you place your order of $35 or more retail (before shipping and handling and after any coupons), I will send the three card kits to you as my Thank you for your purchase. You can select whatever you would like or the products used to make these cards- totally your choice! I will also email the PDF Tutorial with measurements, pictures, directions and supplies.

On to the products I used… all the products are available in my Online store at the time of this post: https://bit.ly/3H7yjRF

Christmas in July – Latte Love

Don’t you just love when you can use a Stamp set for more than just one type of occasion? Today I featured the Latte Love Bundle and combined with the Greetings of the Season bundle. Both are Online Exclusives from Stampin’ Up! I love to use my Stampin’ Blends to color, they have such a smooth transition and don’t show streaking. It just makes your project bump up to the next level! Add in a bit of Designer paper and you will be a pro for sure! You can check out the FB Live replay on YouTube.

I don’t know about you, but I really appreciate when someone links their Pinterest post or YouTube video back to a site where I can get information about the measurements and the products used in the post or video. Below has all the information to recreate this card. All the products I have used can be found in my Online Store by clicking the button below or by clicking the image of the product shown below. I appreciate your support and business as this allows me to bring you more content and the latest and greatest Stampin’ Up! has to offer. Hump Day Lunch Break- Sweet Peas

Each Wednesday I feature a Hump Day Lunch Break, well sometimes it’s a dinner break. This week I featured the Sweet Peas Stamp set, create cute projects to celebrate new babies, show appreciation, or wish p-pea birthday. Plus this is a great set to color with your favorite coloring tools. I decided on using Watercolor pencils. I forget how fun it is to use my water color pencils, water painters and fluid 100 paper. This stamp set is soooo sweet I just could not resist playing around with it. In fact, I have been having so much fun with it that I will be featuring it for the August Studio Club. Make sure you sign up for my email so you can be the first to now when new classes, club, event and specials are offered. But without further ado, here is our Hump Day spotlight card.

Choose your favorite coloring tool and technique to add color to the cute images. The smaller ones easily fit on a die-cut shape or labels. I used the Nested Essentials dies here. When you pair the image and greeting, you end up with an absolute cuteness overload!

Today’s adventure in Card making featured making 3 different cards using 1 card layout. I love being able to use the same layout multiple times and have each card be unique just by changing up the Stamp sets and Papers. Which is your favorite? leave a comment below I would love to know.

It all started with a card base, the a 3-1/8″ x 4-3/8″ cardstock layer, a 3″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Designer paper. Add a focal element, stamped or die cut image and a sentiment. Check out the YouTube video below.

Pocket Thoughts Graduation Card

June is full of new beginnings such as graduations. I really thought that the Full of Life DSP added just the right touch to the Graduation Card I made for my cousins daughter. And yest, I do actually use the cards I create! The front is actually a pocket that slides out a place for a sentiment and gift card holder. Below is the list of products I used to create this fun and bright card. For this card I also pulled in the Hexagon Punch and Hexagon Happiness Stamp set to create my focal image. Top see the surprise inside- watch the video below

Measurements:

  • Berry Burst Cardstock: 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″
  • Basic White Cardstock: 5-1/4″ x 4″, 3-5/8″ x 4-3/4″
  • Full of Life Designer Paper: 6″ X 6″

Cupcake Pocket Thoughts Card

I love stamp sets with cupcakes, not sure why but I do and when it has a swirly frosting with it, I love it even more. I enjoy stamping on colored cardstock, but I have to admit, I don’t always think to do it. This set is perfect for that. Not only is the card fun to make, just think of the person that receives it. They will love the extra little surprise in the pocket!

I am not a frosting kind of gal, it is way too sweet for me. I prefer a whipped topping. But since this set has a swirly frosting image, I had to run with it. To really make this card stand out, I used the painted textured embossing folder. It reminded me of the pattern that is created when you spread frosting on a cake. I just could not resist.

Measurements:

  • Lemon Lolly Cardstock
  • Bubble Bath Cardstock
  • Crumb Cake Cardstock
  • Pretty in Pink Cardstock
  • Basic White Cardstock: 5-1/4″ x 4″ (inside) and 1/2″ strip for sentiment
